If you are shooting in open public spaces with a small team (up to 15 people), a hand-held camera and/or occasional use of a tripod, without electro-technical or scenographic set-up, without the limitation of pedestrian or road traffic nor the use of special effects and without the need to make any intervention on elements of urban furniture and infrastructure, you must fill in the online application for a communicated act.
Once we receive your online application, we’ll get back to you with information about its feasibility.
The processing time is 48 working hours, starting from the day after your request is submitted. Please note that applications submitted after the deadline may be rejected.
If your filming involves additional factors such as a long duration filming process, the use of public roads, restrictions on traffic, or any impact on street furniture or various locations, you will need to fill out the general application for a filming permit.
The General application for filming permit is the document that allows the opening of your file for the advising, management, and processing of permits for your production. It is mandatory in all cases, except for those that only require the submission of a Communicated Act. This general filming permit is processed only once, at the beginning of your production in Seville.
Once we receive your online application, we’ll get back to you with information about its feasibility.
